Sustainability.
We employ organic, regenerative production techniques in the fields, and we produce approximately 20 MWh of solar electricity annually for the farm and grid.

Roots.
Nature really knows how to produce some tasty treats. In addition to our grass-fed, pastured beef and free-range chickens and ducks, some of our seasonal produce includes: strawberries, arugula, mint, lettuce, kale, carrots, beets, zucchini, cucumbers, basil, green beans, tomatoes, corn, and black raspberries.

Learn.
Learning is part of our farm operations. In addition to following research on organic and regenerative farming practices, we participate in Pasa’s Soil Health Benchmark Study.
